Quality Policy
For the satisfaction of customers’ requirement and with regards for the respect of the society interest, Ingerosec established a quality policy based on the true engineering skill and on the problem-solving ability, and acquired the ISO 9001 certification on November 2004.
To maintain the trust of our direct/indirect customers and of the surrounding environment, it is important to maintain an organization without miss concerning the quality of our furnished services. Furthermore, upon the expansion of the international activity, we shall respond to the request of various customers who differs one by one. Under this situation, the customer satisfaction shall be the most important target for the action of the company employees. The customer shall not be obliged to follow our idea, organization or knowledge, but we shall take the corresponding positive action to face the tasks, objectives and requests of the Customer.
All members of our company have the duty of continuous evaluation and improvement of the quality control system and technical expertise.
Our company will put in place for each important project a person responsible for the quality control during all design steps. With continual improvement of work quality and continual elevation of the staff technical knowledge, we want to provide our customers services of international standard.
Our company shall continue from now on to provide great effort to master a perfection concerning quality.
